The major challenge "women" have, is understanding and applying the "law of giving before receiving" and "the law of listening before teaching". They know the laws. The issue is in understanding and applying it to situations or circumstances especially relationship between husbands and wives. This has led to breakages of some homes and creating tensions in most homes. The same goes for a business relationship between employees and employers. Let say the employee is the "wife".

This is the root cause of tensions and breakages in homes and businesses.

This is so, because in any relationship there are incidences of clash of interests. When this occurs, the head must have the way, all other things being equal. Relationship is about righteousness and not feelings. It about doing what it's right even if, it does not feel good.
